Includes:

• Comprehensive history of health

• Environmental toxin questionnaire

• Detox Questionnaire

• Genetic variant questionnaire

• Metabolic questionnaire

• Neurotransmitter/(how hormones can be affected) questionnaire

• Recommended lab tests (Could involve blood labs, saliva test, GI testing, or others).

• A virtual or in-person meeting to go over the questionnaires and current symptoms and concerns (1 hour)

• A thorough assessment will be done with documentation of all findings

• Personalized dietary plan specific to findings

• Lifestyle recommendations

• Supplementation for best results.

• Lab testing is not included in the visit cost (if your MD is willing to run the required test, that is okay too.)

• The visit to go over all the above findings and recommendations ( 1 hour)

• This will also include one 20-minute virtual call to check in and answer questions and get email updates on progress at 1 month and 2 months post initial visit. Email questions will be answered during business hours.
